Get a taste for life on the ocean with intu Metrocentre's Sea Cadet Festival. On Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th September 18 units from across the North East will join together to take part in a programme of parades, performances, drills and exercises.
The activities will begin each day with a parade from Town Square to the centre’s poppy chandelier located in the Red Mall where a bugler will play on Saturday at 10.50am, and a piper on Sunday at 11.50am of The Last Post.
