Position: Lead Assosciate - Food/Supervisor
Hours: 39 hrs Per Week
Salary: Exceeds NMW
Lead Associate/Supervisor required to control the daily running of a busy BHS café/Restaurant in the Metrocentre. All applicants must have previous management/supervisory experience and be able to lead and work within a team. Knowledge of the Catering industry is not essential as full training will be provided. The role is very "hands on" so applicants must be dependable, have a good work ethic, be able to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels. Other duties include supporting the management team in order to meet the highest levels of customer service, sales and profit targets.
