Position: Optical Assistant
Hours: 16hrs p/wk - 3 days
Salary: TBC
To work as part of a team to deliver total satisfaction to our customers in accordance with our commercial philosophy. To play an active part in the achievement of store targets through the provision of optical retail services and the manufacture of eyewear to high quality standards/customer prescription needs whilst maximising sales opportunity.
The qualifications/certificates required for this job is Ideally educated to GCSE grade C and above including English and Maths and/or equivalent experience.
Skills required:
Ideally basic IT skills required, Exceptional customer service, Effective communication - both verbal and written
Experience required:
Ideally proven experience in optics and/or retail or customer facing environment or experience in a similar production/ manufacturing environment.
